What you'll do
- Build RAG, assistant, and automation features
- Design evaluation harnesses and quality guardrails
- Integrate models cleanly into product surfaces
- Keep an eye on cost, latency, and safety
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production software, some with LLMs
- Strong Python and API integration skills
- Pragmatism about where AI does and doesn't help
- Care for evaluation and responsible deployment
