These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Codexa Technologiez website, courses, and student portal. By using our services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. Using our website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse it. We may update, suspend, or remove features at any time.

2. Services

We provide software design & development services and educational courses. Project work is governed by a separate agreement or proposal. Nothing on this website is a binding offer by itself.

3. Courses & enrolment

• Enrolling registers your interest and, once confirmed by us, grants access to the relevant course and student portal.
• Course details, schedules (including live Google Meet sessions), and pricing may change; we'll communicate material changes to enrolled students.
• Access to a course is personal to you and non-transferable. Don't share your login or course materials.
• Payment terms, refunds, and cancellation (where applicable) are as communicated at the time of enrolment.

4. Student portal & conduct

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• Submit your own work. Plagiarism, cheating on quizzes, or sharing assessment answers may result in loss of access without refund.
• Be respectful in all communications with instructors and fellow students.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our courses — text, designs, code, branding, and course materials — is owned by Codexa Technologiez or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it without our written permission. Certificates we issue recognise completion and may be shared by the student.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of work you submit (assignments, projects). You grant us a limited licence to store and review it for the purpose of running the course and grading your work.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and courses are provided “as is”. While we work hard to deliver quality education, we don't guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or results. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Codexa Technologiez is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or courses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy & cookies

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to its courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
