What you'll do
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features on modern React and Node
- Shape architecture decisions and raise the bar on code quality
- Collaborate closely with designers in a single product loop
- Mentor mid-level engineers through review and pairing
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Comfort across the stack — databases, APIs, and infrastructure
- A portfolio of things you've actually shipped
