The challenge
Meridian's finance customers were stitching cash positions together in spreadsheets — slow, error-prone, and impossible to trust at month-end. The legacy dashboard took over three seconds to load and buckled under real data volumes.
Our approach
We rebuilt the platform on a streaming data layer with a component system designed for dense, scannable tables. Server-rendered pages, aggressive caching, and a redesigned information hierarchy put the numbers that matter first.
The results
Load time dropped from 3.2s to 0.6s, activation climbed 40%, and the new reporting flow cut month-end close from days to hours.
