The AI layer retrieves from a curated knowledge base of more than 1,600 health topics across 200-plus medical categories, so answers are grounded in reviewed material rather than model recall, and the data architecture keeps health records on the device rather than server-side. Medication and appointment reminders and caregiver tools sit on top.

The assistant personalises its help from a user's own records while those records stay on the user's phone, and its answers are grounded in the reviewed knowledge base.
