Codexa Orders — every order in one list, every slip in one print
Our own product, live and paid for: an order desk that pulls a Pakistani seller's store, marketplace and DM orders into one table and prints a courier-ready slip for each.
The challenge
A Pakistani seller takes orders in five places at once — a WooCommerce or Shopify store, Daraz, Instagram and Facebook DMs, WhatsApp, and the phone — and the person packing parcels needs all of them on one piece of paper. In practice somebody copies addresses by hand at midnight, and Urdu addresses arrive mangled or printed back to front because most tools set them left to right.
Our approach
An order desk that reads every channel and writes to none. Store, Daraz, Etsy and eBay orders sync every five minutes through a one-click connection; Instagram, WhatsApp and phone orders go in through a quick form or a spreadsheet import, because those platforms publish no orders feed and pretending otherwise would be a lie. Orders are never edited, cancelled or re-statused — the seller keeps managing them where they always have. Printing is the product: tick the parcels being packed, get one PDF, three slips to an A4 sheet with cut lines or one per 4×6 thermal label. Urdu addresses are set right to left in a proper Nastaliq face. The COD amount sits in a solid black cell a rider cannot miss, showing only what is still owed. PostEx and Leopards bookings run on the seller's own courier account, and the tracking number becomes the barcode on the slip.
The results
Live on four plans, free to 100 orders a month and priced by order volume rather than by channel, so connecting another sales channel never costs more. Every order carries whether its slip has been printed, so nothing ships twice or gets missed.
