Multi-tenant clinic platform — one system, every clinic its own brand
A white-label platform where each dental clinic gets its own branded booking site and dashboard, on one shared system with data isolated per clinic.
The challenge
Clinics were running on phone calls, spreadsheets and disconnected software, which meant scheduling conflicts, manual admin and a poor experience for patients. The product had to replace all of that for many clinics at once, without any clinic ever seeing another's data.
Our approach
A multi-tenant architecture with isolation enforced by Postgres row-level security rather than application code. Clinics are onboarded from a private admin console and each receives its own branded booking site and dashboard; patients book, reschedule and cancel online, dentists manage schedules and treatment plans on interactive dental charts, and payments run through Stripe.
The results
Patients, dentists, clinic staff and administrators work across one web and mobile system, and adding a clinic is configuration rather than a new deployment.
